You’ll tackle 10 different exercises, performing each exercise for 20 reps, and repeat the entire circuit 5 times. That’s 5 sets of 20 reps for each of the 10 exercises. Ready to take it on? 20 Press-Ups
20 Sit-Ups
20 Leg Raises
20 Squats
20 Lunges
20 Shoulder Presses (5kg each side)
20 Star Jumps
